About the Role:
Amazing Health LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated LADC/ADC to join our team in Saint Paul, MN. Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group substance use disorder counseling sessions to clients
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate holistic client care
- Facilitate psychoeducation groups focused on recovery, coping skills, and relapse prevention
- Connect clients with community resources and support services for continued care
Requirements:
- Active LADC (Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor) or ADC (Alcohol and Drug Counselor) credential in Minnesota
- Experience in substance use disorder treatment and counseling
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices such as CBT, MI, and trauma-informed care
- Strong clinical documentation and case management skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations in a compassionate, non-judgmental manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
